We're seeking an EL1 Senior Specialist, Service Design to support this growth, by delivering user-centred digital projects or building service design capability across the organisation. Key Duties

The EL1 Senior Specialist, Service Design is responsible for:

  • Leading and delivering end-to-end service design initiatives.
  • Develop service blueprints, journey maps and reports, communicating service improvements aligned with AUSTRAC strategic outcomes.
  • Identify service improvements for service delivery, streamlining processes, reduce friction and enhance user experience.
  • Contribute to the team's design capability, frameworks and tools.
  • Identify and investigate measures to assess performance and direct data-gathering processes to measure service impacts.
  • Ensure that governance and stakeholder standards are met and provide recommendations accordingly.
  • Report on service design outcomes, outputs and objectives to the Directorate.
  • Design and implement effective stakeholder engagement and communications strategies for all stages of service design projects, collaborating with Change Management and Enterprise Program Management offices.
  • Mentoring and motivating teams, building capabilities and sustainable outcomes.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this role you:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen at the time you apply.
  • Wil need to undertake AUSTRAC's pre-engagement checks
  • Will need to obtain and maintain an ongoing Baseline Clearance
