Makibe Australia are currently looking for a Battery Room Operator/Forklift Driver to join our client's team in Erskine Park for an immediate start:

In a nutshell this position involves working independently once trained to move the forklifts from the floor to the battery room to change the electric battery. This is at times a fast paced position and would suit someone with great time management skills.

Duties include:

Battery Exchange and asset management

General machine operation

Maintenance – watering of batteries, cleaning etc

RF scanning

Forklift Operation - Counterbalance & High Reach

General Factory hand duties

Hours are 4:30am - 1:30pm across Monday to Friday with rotational weekend work

What we are looking for:

Flexible availability to cover shifts if required.

Ability to work Monday to Friday & ability to work Saturdays

Current LF Forklift license with high reach experience

Must have own transport.

Looking for candidates who are mechanically minded.

Physically fit and previous experience with hand tools.
