We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee and guide clinical practice across our disability support services in Toowoomba. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend or shift work, offering a great work-life balance and the opportunity to lead with purpose.

About the Role
As the Clinical Manager, you will:

• Provide clinical oversight and recommendations to support safe, high-quality care for NDIS participants
• Lead and mentor care teams, ensuring best practices are followed across services
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, risk management, and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Work closely with operational leaders to enhance the overall quality of services
• Be a key contributor to continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience, ideally within community, disability, or aged care sectors
• Strong knowledge of NDIS, clinical compliance, and risk frameworks
• Proven leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Passion for supporting people with disability to live empowered, independent lives
