About the role

Michaela's Hair and Beauty in Brunswick Heads, NSW is looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to our valued clientele and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

What you'll be doing

Providing a range of hairstyling services, including cuts, colours, treatments and blow-dries

Advising clients on the most suitable hairstyles and products for their hair type and lifestyle

Maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Maintaining a clean and organised work station and Salon

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of the salon

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience as a qualified hairdresser

Strong technical hairdressing skills with the ability to perform a variety of hair services

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

A creative flair and the ability to provide innovative hairstyling solutions

A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to professional development

The ability to work effectively in a team environment
