The Role
We are seeking a skilled tradesperson experienced in caravan or camper trailer fit-outs to lead the final stages of our horse trailer manufacturing process. This role involves comprehensive tasks from installing cabinetry, fitting parts and appliances and general "finishing off" of trailers, ensuring each trailer meets our high-quality standards.​

Key Responsibilities

Build and install cabinetry, including cupboards, drawers, benches, and tack areas.​

Wire and fit 12V systems, switches, lights, and solar components.

Perform general appliance installations

Install flooring using staples and adhesives.​

Riveting + Bolting components to the trailers.

Apply silicone throughout trailer interiors and exteriors.

Conduct trailer pinstriping, detailing, and final presentation work.​

Collaborate on innovations and improvements within our fit-out processes.​

Requirements

Proven experience in caravan, camper, or trailer fit-outs or repairs.​

Proficiency in cabinet making, finishing, or detailed installation work.​

Competence with tools, sealants, and practical problem-solving.​

Experience with 12V systems and solar installations is advantageous.​

Ability to work independently and take initiative.​

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.​
