Are you an experienced support worker passionate about helping elderly people live independently in their own homes? We are looking for skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team and provide high-quality care to our elderly customers (65+ years).
Do you meet these minimum requirements?
- Passionate about aged care - helping our elderly customers live independently in the comfort of their own homes
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
- Fully Vaccinated (2 doses) for COVID-19
- Live in or near Lower Central Coast NSW. This could include the following suburbs Kincumber, Bateau Bay, Niagara Park, Narara, Gosford, Kariong, Umina Beach, Point Clare, Tascott, Woy Woy, Daleys Point, Saratoga, Davistown, Avoca Beach, Terrigal Wamberal, Erina, Wyoming, Springfield, Ettalong Beach, or Blackwall
- Know this is not a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:
- Available Roles: Open to Experienced candidates
- Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time
- Contract Hours: 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up hours
- Hourly Rate: $31.74 - $33.00 per hour + 11.5% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You'll Be Doing:
- Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports, assisting with transportation for clients.
What we're looking for:
- Flexibility: Availability Monday to Friday, Mornings & Evenings preferred. Weekends dependant on business needs
- Commitment: To our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported when you start!)
- Professional Healthcare Experience is a requirement!
