About the role:
This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience:
- Feel confident and deliver exceptional customer service, via face to face, phone and email communication to all clients and colleagues
- Ensure the office and meeting rooms are maintained and set up for business meetings when required
- Data entry, digital and paper filing, scanning and photocopying
- Learn internal IT systems, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Maintain
Spreadsheets and Databases - Run errands, such as Assisting with business meetings logistics, Post and Banking Tasks, Managing office stationary supplies
What we're looking for:
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- A well-presented team-player with excellent work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to speak on the phone
- A reliable and punctual individual who demonstrates initiative
- Tech savvy - familiar with MS Word & Excel, email suites and basic IT skills, willing to learn new IT systems
- Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check
