About the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience:

• Feel confident and deliver exceptional customer service, via face to face, phone and email communication to all clients and colleagues
• Ensure the office and meeting rooms are maintained and set up for business meetings when required
• Data entry, digital and paper filing, scanning and photocopying
• Learn internal IT systems, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Maintain
  Spreadsheets and Databases
• Run errands, such as Assisting with business meetings logistics, Post and Banking Tasks, Managing office stationary supplies

What we're looking for:

• Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
• A well-presented team-player with excellent work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to speak on the phone
• A reliable and punctual individual who demonstrates initiative
• Tech savvy - familiar with MS Word & Excel, email suites and basic IT skills, willing to learn new IT systems
• Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check
