About Epping Surgery Centre

Epping Surgery Centre are licensed by the NSW Department of Health and the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS). It has 2 operating theatres utilising the latest state-of-the-art equipment together with a 4 bed first-stage recovery unit and a 7-recliner chair second-stage recovery unit.

Epping Surgery Centre is a purpose-built ophthalmic centre of excellence, specialising in all types of eye surgery. With technological advances in microsurgery evolving faster than ever, modern eye surgery requires specialised equipment, nursing, and anaesthesia staff.

We are seeking experienced CSSD Sterilisation Technician to join us on a casual basis.

The key responsibilities of this role include reprocessing and sterilisation of instruments and equipment according to hospital and Australian Standards.

To be successful in your application for this position, you will have:

· A high level of efficiency & accuracy

· Knowledge of and adherence to safe work practices

· The ability to manage time and workflow within a multi-disciplinary team

Essential criteria

· Current Certificate III qualification desirable

· CSSD/ sterilising tech experience
