Job Title : Process Worker - Afternoon Shift

Payrate : $32 - $40

Shift Times : Afternoon (2pm - 10pm) - Requires Full Time Availability

About the Role:

As a Process Worker, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the food production facility. This position is essential to ensuring that products are made to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with the production team to prepare, mix, package, and label products while adhering to strict health and safety guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in food production and be part of a dynamic, growing company.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored before use
• Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors immediately
• Package food products for distribution, ensuring that packaging meets company standards.
• Maintain a clean work environment by regularly cleaning equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Follow proper sanitation practices to prevent food contamination.
• Work closely with other team members to meet production schedules and respond to demands.

What You'll Need:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or similar roles is essential. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Full time working rights (no restrictions)
• Full driver's license
• Ability to identify quality issues and follow procedures to correct them.
• Physical Stamina
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Good verbal and written communication to report issues or pass on key information to supervisors.
• Knowledge of safety standards and the ability to follow guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Desired, but not essential: Automatic Walkie Stacker operation.
