What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy services in community settings

Conducting functional assessments and creating tailored treatment plans

Providing rehabilitation support, mobility training, and pain management

Supporting clients to achieve independence and daily living goals

Maintaining accurate documentation in line with compliance and funding body requirements

Collaborating with other allied health professionals, families, and support teams

Working with aged care and NDIS clients with varying and complex needs

About You:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist in community or allied health

Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia

Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)

NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards (highly regarded)

Comfortable working independently in diverse community settings
