Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Program and Partner Support Officer to play a critical role in advancing RSTO's mission. You will be key in supporting the implementation and ongoing practice support for local communities and early years service provider partners. In this role, you'll work closely with the RSTO Implementation and Practice team, as well as our technology partner, to:

  • Respond to partner inquiries and support requests
  • Coordinate assistance and problem-solve issues
  • Develop, maintain, and improve systems and processes
  • Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support

This role will also see you contributing to the continuous improvement of RSTO's overall program, working to streamline processes and ensure that our partners receive the support they need to achieve better outcomes for children.

About Restacking the Odds (RSTO):

At RSTO, we are dedicated to promoting more equitable outcomes in the early years by ensuring all children and families have access to high-quality, evidence-informed early childhood services. Research shows that these services are most effective if available when and where they are needed, but for many children and families this is not the case, especially in communities facing greater disadvantage. Through innovative tools, training and partnerships to enable local data-informed decision-making, we aim to improve access to quality early childhood services and help children thrive.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying emerging partner knowledge gaps, and working with the team and technology partner to createhelp sheets, FAQ's, web pages and automated responses to improve delivery of support to partners
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements across the RSTO program
  • Assisting in development and updating of program resources and tools
  • Responding to partner enquiries/requests
  • Coordinating data platform support
  • Organising training and implementation support workshopsContributing to continuous improvement of the team by

What we need from you:

  • Diploma/Degree qualification in relevant field (eg health, education, administration, project management) AND / OR equivalent experience in a similar role such as Program or Project Officer
  • Experience in coordination, project management and/or operations, administration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to spot and fix problems and identify opportunities for improvements in processes and ways of working
  • Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and an ability to develop good relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and partners
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and project management and CRM tools and an interest in learning and embracing new technologies
