The Role: Disability Employment Adviser (DEA) - As a DEA, you will engage with participants to identify the skills and potential barriers to employment of each participant and work with them to achieve long term employment outcomes. Provide ongoing support in work to ensure participants are supported in the workplace.
This role will be based at our Oxenford site and is a permanent full-time position. Though this role is advertised for full-time, if you are the right candidate, we may consider part-time positions.

What we need from you:
- Ability to build professional relationships with employers and participants
- Demonstrated experience and skills in effective conflict resolution and negotiation
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Confidence in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Highly organised with strong administration skills
- Resilient & empathetic towards others
Although previous experience in Disability Employment Services is an advantage, it is not essential.
