What you'll be doing

Proactively source and screen high-quality candidates to meet client hiring needs

Conduct in-depth interviews to thoroughly assess candidate skills, experience and cultural fit

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to placement

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

Achieve individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes

What we're looking for

1-3 years' experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably within the agency/talent acquisition sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities

A proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results

Passion for the recruitment industry and a desire to provide an exceptional candidate and client experience

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is desirable
