Perth Render Restorations is looking for Basic Scaffolder to support our 2-man team of scaffolders for residential scaffolding in Perth. Starting Casual(mostly full time hours), then transitioning to full-time in 6 months.

Your role will be to assist our lead scaffolder to build various types of basic scaffold to provide access to our team of plasterers and painters for restoration and re-coating on existing homes.

The types of activities you will be performing are: 70-80% scaffolding, 20-30% basic handyman duties. These other duties will include: pressure cleaning, wall chasing, basic handyman duties, dropping materials, masking windows, disconnecting wall fittings, light cleaning up after jobs.

This role will involve lots of face-to-face time with home-owners and possibly driving to multiple locations per day all over Perth and rarely to Mandurah and Yanchep(time and fuel paid).

No experience is required for this role, (except for basic scaffold training course), but a willingness to learn quickly is essential. We will provide in office and on-site training.

Hourly rate of $35-40, +Super. Paid Weekly.

You will need the following to be considered:

- Physically able. Not afraid to use power tools.

- Have a Basic Scaffolding Licence Card

- Valid and current WA Driver License

- Drug free and pass 1 introductory drug screen for Methamphetamine

- Friendly and approachable

- Be adaptable to change

- Have extremely high standards and attention to detail

- Be respectful

- Be ultra reliable and turn up on time

- Able to work unsupervised.

- Be able to think and plan a job for yourself.

- Positive attitude.

- Happy to check in and out of work using our Smartphone App daily.

We are usually on site between 7.30-8.00, expected finish time at 4.00-4.30.

Finish times will vary day to day and we are flexible with hours.
