The Job

• Assist the Driller with daily operations, including handling drill rods and core samples
• Maintain and clean drilling equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are operational
• Support drill site setup, pack-down, and mobilization of rigs and equipment
• Operate vehicles and transport equipment safely
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, including hazard identification and risk management
• Work in a small team environment, following instructions and adapting to dynamic conditions
• Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
• Commit to working a continuous shift roster

About You

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident residing in Perth
• Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR-B) Driver’s Licence (or be in the process of obtaining)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• National Police Clearance (within 3 months old)
• Proven experience in physically demanding roles
• Willing to work and live in remote exploration environments
• Ability to work day and night shifts on a continuous roster
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions
• Willing to put in the hard yards to progress within the team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening

• $38 - $43 per hour + super
• FIFO role with 2:1 roster – 12-hour shifts
