We have an exciting role for an OT in the growing community care sector

• Community Role - All areas of Sydney
• FT or PT (Travel allowance on offer for full-time/part time employees)
• Provide community-based occupational therapy and enjoy flexibility in managing your own schedule!

About the Role

• Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community with a focus on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs
• Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs
• Assess and prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes

Qualifications & experience

• Preferred: Community or hospital OT experience
• Qualifications: Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
• Requirement: Valid driver's licence, insured vehicle
