Do you have experience in liability claims management and aspirations to become a Loss Adjuster? This is the role for you! Paragon Recruitment is working with a growing, national loss adjusting firm as they expand their operations throughout Australia.

This is a newly created role to support the growth of the business and will see you focused on desktop adjusting initially, with the opportunity to take on more complex claims and move into an external loss adjusting role.

About the role

Handling a portfolio Liability losses with a focus on Third Party Property Damage

Undertake office based assessment and investigation of Liability Insurance Losses

Determine coverage and liability and prepare detailed reports for insurers

Building and maintaining relationships with all relevant stakeholders

Nurturing Broker and Insurer relationships leading to business growth

About you

Experience handling Liability claims either as a Loss Adjuster, Claims Manager or Lawyer

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prepare accurate reports for insurers

Comfortable working autonomously
