Location: Norwest, NSW
Salary: $75K base + Commission per sale (OTE $220k+)

We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join a well-established home builder specialising in House & Land packages and Knockdown Rebuilds. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your success in a role where you manage and control all leads.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in new home sales or a related field

Strong knowledge of the building industry and a solid professional network

A results-driven mindset with the drive to exceed sales targets

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to guide clients through the home-buying process with confidence
