ProQuest Recruitment is proud to be leading the search for a Warehouse Admin / Warehouse Credits Officer to join the team in Kemps Creek.

This multi-faceted role will see you involved in monitoring and maintenance of reports, stock investigation as well as internal customer service and liaison with departments for stock information.

Based within the warehouse itself, you will bring a hands-on approach to all tasks - including occasional warehouse assistance when needed. This is not solely a desk job - there is variety, challenges and the opportunity to work for one of Australia's largest and well known distributors!

Your role will involve, however not limited to:

• Engage with customers via phone and email
• Releasing held orders
• Reporting and accounts reconciliations
• Internal and external customer service
• Use of SAP WMS and Excel

To excel in this role, you will:

• Have a strong command of the English language
• Have worked in a warehouse admin / credits / inventory role previously
• Possess a positive and can do attitude with a willingness to work in a variety of tasks
• Have your own reliable transport to and from site
• Undergo a National Criminal History Check
