Federation University is seeking multiple positions within Psychology at our Berwick Campus. You will work as part of the Institute of Health and Wellbeing’s team of academic and administrative staff and will possess proven educational, research and professional experience and seek to embed long and short-term research strategies for the Institute within the strategic framework of the University. We are seeking a creative thinker and avid problem-solver, who possesses initiative, innovation, and a can-do attitude.
This position is based at our Berwick Campus however a remote location may be considered, with on-campus teaching for face-to-face intensives required

Key Duties include:
Contribute to the development and delivery of the flexible ‘Master of Professional Psychology’ program at undergraduate and graduate levels
Contribute to research, publish scholarly work, and supervise student research projects
Supervise students undertaking psychology placement within FedCare Psychology Services
Contribute to the administrative functions of the institute
Engage with the profession through industry partnerships and professional bodies
Our ideal candidates will have:
PhD and/or relevant qualifications in Psychology, with general registration as a Psychologist with an area of Practice Endorsement, and Board Approved Supervisor status with AHPRA/PsyBA
Experience in teaching and curriculum development at tertiary level
Evidence of research expertise and capacity to support students completing placement
Excellent communication and organisational skills with ability to work collaboratively
Commitment to student-centered learning and innovation in speech pathology education
