In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for a strategic Enterprise Architect to lead the design and direction of large-scale corporate systems including HR, payroll, finance, logistics, and procurement. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone with deep ERP knowledge and strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence architecture, drive innovation, and shape the future of critical enterprise solutions.

What you’ll be doing

• Scoping and maintaining corporate business solution and technology roadmaps
• Leading a newly established Solution Design Authority to govern architectural decisions
• Collaborating with executive and senior stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
• Providing architectural oversight of HR, payroll, finance, logistics, and procurement systems
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation in corporate systems and processes
• Ensuring architectural compliance with governance, licensing models, security, and best practices
• Supporting solution architects on complex system changes, integrations, and enhancements
• Communicating technical strategy in clear, non-technical language to business leaders

What you need to bring

• Demonstrated experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale ERP environments
• Worked on solutions across HR, payroll, finance, procurement, or logistics domains
• Built enterprise roadmaps aligned with business strategy
• Partnered with executive leadership to shape IT direction and priorities
• Led or supported architectural governance bodies or design authorities
• Delivered scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions
• Presented complex technical concepts to senior, non-technical audiences

Bonus points for…

• Delivered solutions using SAP or Infor Workforce Management
• Guided teams through SAP licensing model transitions (e.g. RISE)
• Mentored solution architects or other technical team members
• Supported solution assessment processes from business case to design
• Introduced innovations that improved system value or reduced costs
