Your new role

As Assistant Director (2IC), you will support the Centre Director in leading daily operations, mentoring educators, and ensuring the highest standards of early learning. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting staff development and mentoring teams across 8 rooms
• Overseeing compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Engaging with families and the local community
• Monitoring financial activities and operational efficiencies

• A Bachelor's or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
