We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior/Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will play a key role in sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates for a range of roles across the construction, property, engineering, and architecture sectors. You will work closely with clients and candidates to ensure we find the perfect fit for both. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about people and thrive in managing the candidate experience, rather than focusing on client-facing responsibilities. In this position you will play a key role in supporting and developing our talent partners alongside the management team, helping them grow and excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify top talent through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database to ensure a continuous pipeline of talent
• Collaborate with Director to understand client needs and deliver high-quality candidates
• Manage relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Provide regular updates to clients and candidates, ensuring transparency and clear communication
• Support marketing and branding initiatives to attract the best talent in the market

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for recruitment / talent acquisition and finding the right people for the right roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, is required to be considered for this role
