Delivery Driver and Warehousing – Furniture, Bedding & Lounges – Grafton

MacLeod’s Furniture and Beds R Us is a family owned business with stores in Coffs Harbour and Grafton.

We carry a wide range of bedroom and dining room furniture, mattresses and lounges from quality brands like Sleepmaker, Sleepyhead, La-Z-boy, IMG and Zoletti.

Our Grafton store is seeking an enthusiastic person to join the team as a delivery driver and warehouse role in a casual / part time position working Monday to Friday.

We need an applicant who is a team player, is able to work closely with the store manager and has an ability to adapt to different situations. He/she will be self-motivated, reliable, and will demonstrate great organisational and time management skills.

Qualifications and Experience

Current Medium Rigid drivers licence

Ability to lift and carry heavy items of furniture and lounges in safe manner

Some previous experience in a similar role is desired

Tasks and Responsibilities

Driving truck for local deliveries

Assembly and disassembly of furniture on the shop floor and in customers homes, as required

Receive, check, load and unload stock

General warehouse duties
