The Opportunity:

This role is responsible for accurate and timely receipting of all products into the Incoming Goods area, and to provide prompt picking and delivery of materials to internal customers, as well as conducting stocktake and cycle counts on inventory whilst ensuring quality management system procedures and standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Operation of equipment to assist with unloading deliveries, storing and movement of materials

Delivery and moving of items throughout the building

Picking, rotating, storing and manual lifting of materials

Stocktake and cycle counting of inventory

Data processing and data entry into inventory system to maintain records

Maintaining cleanliness of quarantine and raw material storage areas

What we need from you:

We are seeking people who align with our company values and have a passion for providing quality solutions to our patients. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Experience with receiving, storing and picking of materials for manufacturing goods desirable

Intermediate warehouse certificate or similar (level 3 preferable) desirable

Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy items as required from time to time essential

Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) essential

Experience working within a highly regulated environment such as Medical Devices preferred

Experience in a GMP manufacturing facility preferred

Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills essential

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively in a small team essential
