The role:

Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic chef at one of our key aged care sites in East Perth, Western Australia.

Roster: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Preparing & presenting food for our residents
• Stock ordering, rotation, merchandising & stocktaking
• Maintaining a clean working environment
• Ongoing Menu Development & Refinement
• Preparing texture-modified foods
• Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude

Your background:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Warm & friendly energy
• Punctuality & reliability
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
• Adherence to food & general safety practices
• Food Safety Supervisor Certification required
