A very rare opportunity has presented itself to join the close knit team as a Dynamics CRM Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions tailored to business needs.

Develop and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) to enhance business processes.

Configure, design, and deploy Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) for external-facing applications.

Integrate Power Automate for workflow automation and business process optimization.

Develop and maintain Dataverse solutions, ensuring data integrity and security.

Utilise Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform system integrations with third-party applications and APIs, including Azure services.

Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Stay up to date with Microsoft’s latest updates and best practices in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform development.

Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.

Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, and Liquid templating for Power Pages customization.

Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) for integration scenarios.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse security model, role-based access control (RBAC), and authentication mechanisms.

Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub.

Knowledge of Power BI for report development and data visualization.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and provide technical guidance.

Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
