National Workforce are currently seeking driven and enthusiastic Machine Operators to work with our well known client in Arndell Park. Our client is a leading provider of chilled and frozen convenience food solutions to Australian supermarket chains and food service operators. They are a family-owned business that prioritises career growth and fosters a strong team culture. Due to recent business expansion, they are seeking Machine Operators to join their growing team and support manufacturing operations.

Shifts and Pay Rates:

• Morning Shifts: $30.13 per hour - Must be available for shifts between 4am and 6:30pm
• Afternoon Shifts: $34.64 per hour - Must be available for shifts between 1pm and 12:30am

The Role…

In this exciting role, reporting to the supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up machinery and performing pre-operation inspections.
• Supervising food production processes to ensure smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
• Keeping accurate and detailed production records.
• Monitoring machinery to ensure proper operation and promptly reporting any issues.
• Inspecting equipment and machinery regularly.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar Machine Operator position.
• Have experience working in food production and have a sound understanding of GMP, safety and food handling policies and procedures.
• Be comfortable working in a cold room environment with temperatures as low as 4 degrees.
• Be available to work Monday to Friday.
• Be comfortable handling various meat products (beef, pork, chicken etc.) both cooked and raw.
