We are currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with proven experience in restaurant operations, leadership, and exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations. This is a ‘hands on’ role
• Assist in the monitoring of staff performance and provide coaching and training as needed
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
• Liaise with the kitchen team
• Assist in the running of functions to deliver seamless experiences
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the team

What we're looking for

• Experience (1+ years) in a similar restaurant or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
