Role Responsibilities

Carrying out cadastral surveys to establish or re-establish property boundaries.

Preparing and lodging Deposited Plans, Strata Plans, and Survey-Strata Plans with Landgate.

Advising landowners, developers, and government agencies on property boundaries and easements.

Ensuring that all surveys and plans comply with State legislation, regulations, and codes.

Certifying survey documents, which is a legal requirement in WA.

Staying up to date with changes to legislation, standards, and Landgate requirements.

Planning and executing field surveys using advanced equipment such as GNSS, total stations, and digital levels.

Assisting with subdivision design, land development approvals, and other aspects of land use planning.

Interpreting planning schemes, development conditions, and advising clients on compliance.

Preparing plans for subdivision, amalgamation, strata titles, and boundary realignments.

About you

Experienced Licensed Surveyor, with current WA LSLB practising certificate

A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.

Ensures client needs are met with precision and professionalism.

Embraces innovation and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Strong proficiency in computer systems and software.

A solid commitment to safety and adherence to safe work practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
