We are seeking a dedicated Indoor Plant Technician to join our team and help enhance the ambiance of our clients' indoor environments. As an Indoor Plant Technician, you will play a key role in the care and maintenance of indoor plants, ensuring they thrive and contribute to a healthy and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Plant Care: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of indoor plants, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, and repotting as needed.

• Pest Management: Monitor for pests and diseases and take appropriate measures to control and prevent infestations.

• Design and Placement: Collaborate with our clients to select the right plants for their spaces and assist with plant placement and arrangement.

• Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients by providing expert advice on plant care and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of plant care activities and inventory to ensure the health and vitality of all indoor plants.

• Problem Solving: Diagnose and address any issues affecting plant health and appearance, such as lighting conditions or soil quality.

• Sustainability: Promote environmentally friendly practices, such as water conservation and sustainable planting methods.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in indoor plant care is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Strong passion for plants and a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of plant biology and horticultural practices is beneficial.

• Physical ability to lift and move plants and equipment.

• A valid driver's license will be required. Vehicle will be provided as part of your package once your training has been completed and you can carry out the tasks as required.
