What You'll Be Doing:

Providing compassionate personal care support, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Assisting clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, household tasks, and community participation.

Encouraging engagement in recreational and social activities that foster mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Advocating for client rights and ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.

Growing your skills by actively participating in ongoing training opportunities.

Recording progress and key observations, monitoring client well-being, and reporting any changes in health or behaviour.

Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised support plans.

Supporting a safe, positive, and empowering environment for both clients and fellow team members.

What We're Looking For:

Relevant qualifications in disability support, community services, or a related field.

Experience supporting individuals with complex health conditions and challenging behaviors.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you build trust and connection with ease.

A strong ability to work independently while contributing to an amazing team culture.

Empathy, patience, and a drive to make a genuine difference in people’s lives.

A solid understanding of NDIS principles, legislation, and regulations.

Essential certifications: NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), Working with Children (Blue Card), Police Check, First Aid & CPR (all current).

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to support client needs.
