About Us:

Growing high end landscaping company specialising in both residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a qualified Horticultural Team Leader. You will be integral in ensuring that gardens are maintained to the highest standards and that landscaping projects, both residential and commercial, run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support garden design and installation, including soil preparation and planting.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Perform horticultural duties such as lawn mowing, trimming, edging, garden bed maintenance, whipper snipping, and plant fertilization.
• Oversee and coordinate the horticultural team's activities to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to design and maintenance plans for both residential and commercial landscapes.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Horticulture.
• Experience in both high end residential garden design and hands on maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, and garden design principles.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail, and client-focused approach.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation (preferred).
