Labourforce is proud to partner with a client within the Agribusiness and 3PL industry. Our client is located in Archerfield and is looking for skilled forklift operators to join the team. If you are already a skilled forklift operator, this company will give you the opportunity to grow those skills further

Pay rate for forklift operators will be $32ph and then after your training period, you will be offered a higher rate to reflect this.

While the pay rate may look low from an hourly rate perspective, you will be offered a lot of overtime, and will have the opportunity to make great $$$.

Your day will include:

• Use of grab forklift attachment (you will pick, stage, load and unload mostly with the grab attachment)
• Unloading and loading of freight
• Picking/palletising cartons ready for delivery where necessary
• Report to your team leader about any discrepancies with receiving
• Assisting with cleaning the warehouse where necessary

About you:

• Past experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not required
• Being accepting to training, and being coachable will allow you to learn the specific ways of working quickly
• Physically fit, as you may need to lift up to 20kgs
