Position: Power Platform Developer with AI Solutions Expertise

About the Role:

As a Power Platform Developer at TrendPac, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital capabilities and improving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising solutions using the Power Platform and AI. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of industry trends and ensure that we remain competitive and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with Business Executives and Key Stakeholders: Develop, implement, and improve solutions using the Power Platform and AI.

Define and Execute Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap: Align with business objectives and long-term growth.

Stay at the Forefront of Industry Trends: Ensure TrendPac remains competitive and innovative in AI, machine learning, and the Power Platform.

Lead Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment: Customise Power Platform and AI solutions tailored to business requirements.

Develop and Optimise Automated Workflows: Enhance business efficiency using Power Automate.

Customise SharePoint Sites, Lists, and Libraries: Support business processes.

Develop Power Apps: Use Power Apps to support business processes.

Integrate Power Apps with Other Services: Include M365 services, Azure, and on-premises applications.

Create Technical Prototypes and Documentation: Translate business requirements into functional designs.

Collaborate with Data Team: Create data visualisations and embed Power BI analytics into Power Apps for real-time insights.

Collaborate with Technical and Non-Technical Teams: Design data models, transform and optimise data flows.

Ensure Security, Scalability, and Compliance: Adhere to organisational security policies, data governance standards, and Microsoft best practices.

Ensure Quality, Reliability, and Performance: Develop and execute testing artefacts, including unit and integration tests.

Provide Support for Business Users: Perform troubleshooting, including root cause analysis and document resolutions.

Act as Subject Matter Expert: Be the go-to person on AI and Power Platform for the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical skills on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.

Extensive experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs to integrate various systems and services.

Proficient in working with JSON for data interchange, including parsing, generating, and manipulating JSON data structures.

Extensive experience in developing and implementing Power Platform solutions.

Experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning.

Project management experience with Agile methodologies.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to consult, liaise, and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Exceptional customer service orientation with extensive experience working in a team/collaborative environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems.
