PaveWA is a well-established civil construction company based in Osborne Park, delivering high-quality paving and infrastructure projects across WA. We’re looking for an experienced Brick Paving Supervisor to lead a great crew and help deliver top results.

You’ll be working with a team that values quality, safety, and respect – and we’ve got plenty of work on.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading a paving crew on residential and commercial jobs

Making sure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

Supporting and guiding team members on-site

Keeping the worksite clean, safe and well organised

Communicating with site and project managers

What You’ll Need:

Strong experience in brick paving (supervisory experience preferred)

White Card and valid driver’s licence (MR or HR ideal)

A reliable, team-first attitude and strong work ethic

Physically fit and ready to lead from the front
