The Central Coast Council is seeking an inspiring and experienced early childhood leader to oversee the delivery of our early childhood education and care services.

As the Manager Children’s Services, you will lead a dedicated children’s services team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, while cultivating a workplace culture that is supportive, inclusive, and high-performing. You will work closely with educators, families, and the Central Coast community to enhance program quality and drive continuous improvement across the Long Day Care and Outside School Hours Care services.

Essential: Proven leadership in early childhood education, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and support a team to deliver high-quality education and care while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Salary and conditions: Full-time position. Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement Supervision and Management Level $105,864 – $118,397.
