This is your chance to be part of a new patient focussed service that prioritises recovery and the delivery of best-practice, trauma-informed care in a brand new 24-bed building. About the Role

Join the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) TQEH Mental Health Rehabilitation Service (MHRS) as a Senior Clinical Psychologist and make a significant impact on the recovery of consumers within the CALHN catchment area. The Senior Clinical Psychologist works as part of the MHRS and will work collaboratively with inpatient, community, and rehabilitation services within the Mental Health Clinical Program to support consumer access and positive outcomes. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team providing expert psychological assessments, case formulations, and interventions. As part of the multidisciplinary team, you'll oversee the implementation of psychological strategies and provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of mental health services while supporting consumer recovery and social inclusion.

  • Advanced Clinical Skills – Expertise in comprehensive assessments, risk management, and evidence-based psychological interventions, including individual and group therapy.
  • Leadership & Collaboration – Proven ability to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultancy within a multidisciplinary team while working effectively with consumers, carers, and external services.
  • Knowledge & Experience – Strong understanding of mental health service structures, legislation, and ethical standards, with experience in rehabilitation-focused mental health settings and complex case management.
