About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser and Barber to join our talented team at Studio7 in Bayswater (Mountain high Shopping Centre and in Bendigo (Lansell square Centre). As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hairstyling and barbering services to our loyal clientele. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our busy salon.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality haircuts, colouring, and styling services to clients

Expertly executing a range of barbering techniques, including shaving, trimming, and grooming

Offering personalised consultations to understand each client's unique hair needs and preferences

Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to ensure a professional and safe environment

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of salon policies and procedures

Actively promoting the salon's services and products to clients

Mentoring and training junior hairdressers and barbers as required

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser and barber

Proven expertise in a wide range of hairstyling and barbering techniques

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients

A creative flair and a keen eye for detail to deliver exceptional results

A passion for the industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques

Strong time management and organisational skills to ensure efficient workflow

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
