Like YOU each role is a little different, however you will work closely with a team of lawyers, led by an experienced partner who values their support team.

Your day may typically include:

Management of incoming calls;

Opening and closing files;

Mail;

Diary and email management;

Liaising with clients;

Dictation and the preparation of legal documents;

Collating documents;

Travel coordination; and

General administration for the team, plus ad-hoc duties.

As a minimum each of our legal support roles requires:

at least 1 year of experience as a legal assistant/legal secretary/executive legal assistant/ Paralegal;

a motivated approach, a commitment to providing a high level of legal and administrative support to your team;

a positive attitude;

a high-level of attention to detail;

excellent prioritisation and organisational abilities; and

effective communicator who can work to timeframes and deadlines.
