I'm keen to speak to experienced construction surveyors who would like to join a small but busy survey group with projects around Melbourne. You'll be involved in mixed-use commercial and residential developments.

Your key deliverables:

Set up control and carry out as built surveys

Set out of slabs, bolts, columns, walls, services

Manage your own jobs & clients

Working from site and home

Liaise with on-site contractors for general survey requirements

Some CAD work and data reduction where necessary

Our client would expect the following from you.

Surveying experience and a qualification

BricsCAD ability a bonus

A valid drivers license

Common sense with an in-depth understanding of and ability to perform the tasks and duties required throughout a projects’ life-cycle

Ability to carry out calcs
