The Firm:
My client is a leading boutique accounting firm based in the western suburbs of Brisbane. This role will suit someone who loves working in accounting administration but wants to enjoy the benefit of being close to home. With parking provided, as well as easy access to the train, this firm is in a perfect location for anyone based in the western corridor. They are a small team of professionals seeking an administrator who is looking for a long-term role.

The Role:
This position will be a combination of undertaking CSA duties to support a team of Accountants as well as interacting with clients. You will be able to make this role your own and whilst they have solid systems in place, any ideas for improvement are always welcome. Your duties will include:

• Compilation of documents on behalf of Accountant
• Assisting Accountants with administrative task
• Liaising with the ATO
• Liaising with ASIC and undertaking associated duties
• Dealing with external Auditors
• Invoicing and receipting payments
• Scanning and filing

About You:
If you see yourself as someone who is friendly, client focused and enjoys working as part of a team, then this could be the ideal role for you. It is imperative you have experience working in an accounting firm and have the ability to undertake the above duties. Experience with MYOB AE would be an advantage.
