Legeneering is currently in search of experienced Maintenance Coordinators to join our seconded team, supporting a Tier 1 oil and gas client. The positions will offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a high functioning, embedded team that maintain strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and have a proud history of being selected to work for the client directly. Duties and Responsibilities Overview

Interface with engineering teams and scope owners to categorise scope and prioritise according to maintenance / turnaround priorities.

Facilitate scope development and screening sessions.

Steward engineering contractors and monitor delivery.

Support development of cost estimates and schedule(s) using norms and unit rates.

Development and coordination of Project Execution Plan(s).

Coordinate delivery of scope sheets and workpacks.

Contractor interface and management.

Minimum Position Requirements

5+ years related industry experience (desirable)

Oil & Gas Industry Background.

Project Management / Coordinator Experience.

CMMS (preferably SAP) experience.

Ability to demonstrate an understanding of cultural awareness, cultural safety, cultural respect, sensitivity and respect of issues as it relates to First Nations communities and individuals

The ability to pass a workplace medical assessment (including drug and alcohol screening)
