About the Role

• Undertake debt follow up of all outstanding debts through communication and negotiation with patients and third parties as required.
• Maintain customer data and information to enable effective and efficient submission and follow up of patient hospital accounts.
• Manage and respond to patient correspondence in relation to patient charges, and requests in relation to the management of outstanding fees.
