This represents a rare opportunity with an amazing accounting firm based in Toowoomba. This firm is very well known in the region and are growing rapidly.

POSITION

Due to growth, the position of Bookkeeper has been created. The role will involve managing a portfolio of clients providing a range of bookkeeping and advisory services. The firm boasts an extremely high quality client base. There will be a team of bookkeepers to manage/mentor (both on shore and off shore).

There will be a clear career progression path on offer to work in the area of CFO Advisory in the long term future.

CANDIDATE

The ideal applicant will have 4+ years bookkeeping experience for an accounting firm. Strong working knowledge of payroll, BAS, Balance Sheet reports and cash flow statements is required. Experience with outsourced CFO duties would be highly desirable. Excellent communication skills are non negotiable.

The successful candidate will also have previous management/supervisory experience of both on shore and off shore staff members.
