Join a team for the National Flagship Store in Mid City. They are looking for a motivated, results-driven Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to lead the high-energy team in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

With a team of 20+ and a strong focus on female apparel, you'll oversee operations and provide exceptional leadership. Your role is pivotal to driving performance, sales, and creating a memorable customer experience for our fashion-savvy clientele.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a dynamic team of FT, Stock, PT & Casual staff.
• Operational Excellence: Be a strong operator with a focus on stock accuracy, online fulfilment, and loyalty program management.
• Customer Experience: Ensure an outstanding shopping experience with a focus on high-volume fashion sales.
• Training & Development: Provide growth opportunities for your team while fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in managing teams in a high-volume fashion retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a tenured team.
• A strong operator who is sales-driven and understands the importance of stock accuracy and online fulfilment.
• Experience in female apparel is essential.
