All Round Carpenter:

Job Type: Full-time / Subcontractor

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake first and second fix carpentry including construction, installation and repair of new and existing structures.
We are looking for someone to commence immediately and the role will be full time sub-contract basis with occasional weekend work required.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Maintain high quality of work with attention to detail and accuracy

Able to effectively carry out daily pre-starts with high commitment to site safety

Interpret plans - workshop drawings - specifications and other related documents

Carry out all types of carpentry works

Ability to communicate with colleagues, management and clients alike in a professional and efficient manner.

Carry out other duties as may be directed and within your skills, competency and training

Ability to problem solve and come up with solutions to client requirements

Ability to work in a team, independently and lead TA's and apprentices

Exceptional communication skills & timekeeping

Successful candidates must provide:

A trade certificate in Carpentry

ABN registered

Ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen

White card

Police clearance

Able to pass an integrity check

Current driving licence, reliable vehicle and trade tools.

Desired requirements:

Working at heights ticket

EWP Ticket
