Our Company has been providing tailored and specialised transport solutions within the Perth metro area with a high focus on customer service, reliability, and safety since 2012. We are a family-owned and operated business with a combined 40+ years in the waste industry.

Due to ongoing success, strong growth and staff progression, we are seeking the services of a dedicated, hard-working, and reliable skip truck operator to join our team.

About the Role:

Your role within our team will be to assist in the daily operations of on demand, containerised bulk waste collections in residential areas. You'll be working with a team of other drivers, with a leading hand and supervisor to coordinate collections throughout the day. Daily operations are coordinated and completed by a small, motivated, and tight-knit team and management. This dynamic allows for strong teamwork, communication, and clear roles for each staff.

With us, your working week is Monday to Friday. A rare roster within the transport and waste industries, allowing for a great work/life balance.

All training and ongoing support will be provided and a comprehensive induction process will be required.

This is a FULL TIME role which includes paid annual leave and attracts an above average remuneration.

About You:

To be considered for this position you MUST;

• Current and Valid minimum MR license
• Complete Pre-Employment Medical + Drug/alcohol Screening
• Be available Monday - Friday reliably
• Be ready to start IMMEDIATLEY
• Task and Teamwork oriented
• Skip Experience HIGHLY DESIRED but not a must.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be dependable and reliable in your approach to work, as any absence causes significant disruptions to the rest of your team and therefore is of utmost importance. You will need to be an effective communicator and team player who thrives in a team environment.

You MUST have the ability to work autonomously. Those with the ability to adapt, learn and lead will find opportunities for career progression. Previous industry and operating experience is highly desired though NOT a requirement. Having a positive and optimistic outlook towards work related tasks and career will see you soar.
