Rate: $35-$40 an hour plus super! (pending experience)

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their friendly Accounts team in Cameron Park!
Your new role
As an Accounts and Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for providing admin and office management support to your team. Your daily activities would include:
- Preparation and processing of purchase orders, invoices, payments, and goods receipting
- Stock ordering for office supplies
- Data entry to maintain accurate information in the company records, registers, and databases
- Monitor vendor statements
- Account reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve enquiries
- Monitor the email inbox for the team and distribute client POs and vendor invoices for processing.
- Use multiple systems and portals to complete your tasks effectively, such as SAP
- Adhoc administration tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an Accounts or Administration role is essential.
- Previous experience using SAP is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with your team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
