About the role

As a Pest Control Technician at All Max Force Pest Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and safety of homes and businesses across the Sunshine Coast area. Joining our dedicated team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying and treating various pest infestations, and providing expert advice to our clients. What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive inspections to identify the presence and extent of pest infestations

Develop and implement effective treatment plans to eliminate a variety of pests, including rodents, insects, and other unwanted creatures

Provide professional advice and recommendations to clients on preventative measures and ongoing pest management strategies

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all service visits and treatments

Work independently and as part of a team delivering outstanding customer service

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications and certifications in Pest Control and Timber Pest Technician

Proven experience as a pest control technician, with a strong understanding of integrated pest management techniques

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex pest issues

A customer-centric approach with the ability to provide exceptional service and advice

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients

A valid driver's licence (company vehicle provided) and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
